Further update from Ukraine

New technique the government started today was to track all the protesters by their cell phones. They send them a text that says, "Dear subscriber, you are registered as a participant in a mass disturbance.”

If you got this notice you would be violating the new laws against violent demonstrations. Who determines what is violent is difficult to say, This is the problem of unfettered use by the government of technology on its own citizens who are acting lawfully under the Constitution of Ukraine.
