For 15 years the Rabbi of the Messianic congregation in Paris has been praying for a Torah scroll. This past January I heard that Tzahi Shapira and his organization had secured a Torah for another congregation so I approached him with a request for a Torah for Paris. I knew that such a gift would have a great impact on the people, the congregation and the Messianic movement in Paris and Europe.
